Don Rickles

Don Rickles (born May 8, 1926 - April 6, 2017) appeared in episodes of The Andy Griffith Show and Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C. He was a regular on "The Dean Martin Show" and starred on the TV series "The Don Rickles Show", "C.P.O. Sharkey" and "Daddy Dearest". He won an Emmy Award for his TV special "Mr. Warmth: The Don Rickles Project". His film appearances include Run Silent Run Deep, The Rabbit Trap, The Rat Race, X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes, Muscle Beach Party, Bikini Beach, Pajama Party, Beach Blanket Bingo, Enter Laughing, Kelly's Heroes, The Love Machine, Keaton's Cop, Innocent Blood, Casino, Dirty Work and Zookeeper. Recently, he has provided vocal performances for animated films such as Disney's Redux Riding Hood, Warner Brothers' Quest for Camelot and Pixar's Toy Story, Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3 as Mr. Potato Head. He has also been awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Don passed away of kidney failure at the age of 90 on April 6, 2017.
